Application for a WB Student Credit Card: The West Bengal government released the WB Student Credit Card Gazette Notification today. This initiative was initially launched by Honorable Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, but a formal Gazette Notification was released today. This plan is primarily intended to assist students pursuing higher education in and outside of West Bengal. WB Student Credit Card Scheme provides students with a credit card. This Card allows students to borrow up to ten lakh rupees for educational purposes.
The CM has previously announced a bonus for this SCCStudent Credit Card Scheme. Students can obtain an educational loan of up to ten thousand rupees at a basic interest rate of four percent. Click Here for more information about this Student Credit Card Scheme.
